Within 7 days of your first payment, write to us for a full refund. The key is revoked.

Renewals

Renewals are not refunded unless charged by mistake. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

How to ask

Reply to the mail with your key, or write to the support address below, with the email you bought with. The money reaches your card in 5–10 business days depending on the bank.
