When you buy
Stripe collects the payment details. We keep: your email, Stripe’s customer and subscription ids, and the subscription status. Your key is stored only hashed and encrypted.
In the app
Without a key the app sends nothing more. With a key, once a day it sends: the key, a random install id (not taken from your hardware), the pack version, the app version and the operating system, to know which version you may download.
It sends nothing about your profiles, proxies, cookies or the sites you open.
We only send mail about your key and subscription. No marketing, no open tracking.
How long, and deleting
We keep this while you subscribe and 2 years after for accounting. Write to us to delete it sooner where the law allows.
The server runs on Cloudflare; mail goes through Resend; payments through Stripe.
